Faux's Guarantee. We are very proud of our products. All the goods presented on our site are made by our own quality craftsmen. We are sure you will be delighted with anything you purchase from us. If a product does not meet your expectations or should you change your mind, you may cancel your order,(the exception being SPECIAL ORDERS & cut lengths of fabric which we cannot refund) any time within 7 working days after receipt by either e-mailing us or by letter. Please,when returning the goods to us,do so promptly, and for your security we recommend using recorded post. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Making a Purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.

Delivery. You should receive your order within 14 days, but please allow 28 days.

Credit Card Security. It is 100% safe to shop online with FAUX. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
